It just aint the same...

This sucks.  The Rockets just arent the same team to despise with out T-Mac, Yao and Alston.  I really need to see the Jazz hammer a team that I hate after watching that crap fest in Denver and beating the Clippers shouldn't even count as a win any more.  So while I fully expect the Rockets to come out and play hard and make the game close and interesting, I just cant bring myself to hating this version of the team.  I think their tallest guy is like 6 foot 6 and Trevor freaking Ariza is their best offensive option right now.  They have no cry babies, no thugs and no huge advantage down low with some freak of nature. How do you hate a team that is smaller, slower and weaker but still finds ways to be competitive?  It would be like rooting for a soup kitchen to burn down.  I am pissed that this team is likable, hopefully Scola or Battier take a cheap shot at D-Will so I can fully invest some negativity towards the Rockets again.  And for the record, I am scared to death that the Jazz will not take this team seriously tonight.

My Prediction - Jazz win an ugly one, 89 - 85.

The Suns Are Making Their Move
written by www.sunsstufft.com, November 02, 2009
Watch out Utah, the Phoenix Suns are making an impressive move this year with three straight victories.
Now they're going to Miami for a contest with the Heat that will be their first real test of fire since the season started. If Channing Frye keeps hitting the long shot from beyond the 3-point line and Grant Hill keeps impressing, Miami is going down. And the Suns will bump Utah from their play-off berth.
Good luck, but it isn't happening for the Jazz this year unless they get past the friction that boiled over when everything went public regarding the future of Carlos Boozer.
